We promote responsible supply chain management, particularly in environmental, social and governance matters, ensuring, among others, ethical behaviour and respect for human and labour rights of all suppliers in our supply chain.

We establish objective and impartial mechanisms for the evaluation, selection and approval of suppliers, ensuring that the supply chain complies with the principles set out in the Supplier Code of Conduct.

We assume commitments aimed at guaranteeing socially responsible behaviour, as set out in the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, which establishes common values, principles and guidelines for conduct that must govern the daily professional activities of all those who form part of TRedess or who interact with it. This framework also refers to our Environmental Policy, Anti-Bribery Policy and our Code of Ethics for Procurement.

Regulatory compliance

The regulatory compliance programme, approved by the Board of Directors, aims to reiterate to all directors, managers, employees and third parties who deal with Televes Corporation, our absolute opposition to the commission of any criminal offence and, in particular, to any form of corruption in the development of our activities. To this end, we implement mechanisms aimed at identifying, preventing and reducing the production of criminal and operational risks, ensuring compliance governance and enabling the relevant channels for reporting alerts and complaints.
